air gas is where I usually got mine filled/exchanged. Make sure they know you own the bottle.

Praxair must have been cheaper down south, I got quotes from them for $30 more than a couple other smaller companies somewhat close to me. Unless they gave me a quote for renting the bottle. Congrats Steve, so much nicer to use a welder with 240.
