Well since we don't know what your design is, I don't see any way we could be talking trash about it. And since you asked, both of us, BBowski82 and I, have aluminum cells. So, will your product work for us or not? Is it the baffles allready mentioned?

BTW: Fabbing your own stuff isn't "penny pinching". Some of us like to do this stuff, that's why it's called a hobby. Everyone that does it professionally probably started out the same way. If you have a product that will work with our cells, or even your own cell you want to pimp, fine. Give us a site where we can take a look at whatever info you care to share w/ prices. Since you claim to have done all this design work and know so much more than the rest of us, display it. So far, I see nothing but hot air, put up or shut up.

Kinda just feels like one of those deals kids play....you know, "my stuffs better than yours" or your stuffs stupid I already had that. I mean damn SUKA talk about tearin a guy down. Sorry I don't have a sponsor like you, I mean I really wish I did. But I don't, so I make due with a 200 dollar cell, cause I can't afford a 500 dollar custom jobber.

I guess all I am trying to say is----you don't always have to one up everyone. We all know you have a nice rig....

Does anyone know how much pressure is acceptable on the return line of an EFI system? I was thinking of running the return to the smaller tank. If it fills up, it would be able to push the fuel back to the main tank without too much pressure, but I've heard you want to minimize the pressure on the return or the regulator can get messed up. Anyone have any hard numbers?

Thanks for the sponsor plug though since they pay for my events and I build my own products or use my friends products that I beleive in and don't sell ****over here......

Thanks I built it with my own hands and a couple of good friends helped me....

I don't have any hard numbers but I don't think that you need to worry about the pressure being to high in the return line. You could use a pump simialr to the Chyrsler ones that have the return built in. When the pressure gets to high the pump either shuts off or it just pumps back into the tank without ever going into the line. Its hard to explain but the pumps return and pressure regulator are built in, no return lines to the tank from the fuel rail.

But this is if you are injected and you need the higher PSI.

Suka:

That's cool man, so why didn't you post up and give me a website where I can check out with your stuff? Doesn't cost you anything, and it seems like it would be ok with the managment since I asked for it in my thread. Heck, I'd love to see what else you may have that I may be interested in. I'm in the middle of a buildup here, and I'm always looking for good vendors. So why not hook a guy up with some info? I've asked about three times in this thread. If you don't have a site, PM me and we can set up an in person meet or something.

My website is coming but a frined is doing it and lost her harddrive at home and dumped a couple of our pages and blah blah blah.....
It goes on.......Plus it's rock crawl season and sponsor time and such so it's tough for me doing this on my own.....
it would be nice if i had some give me there free money but then it would be easy....

But I'll make it someday and you'll shop here after you've been there.....

Nice work Tracy! I think the Holley deal it the answer to my problems... I run a 29 gallon tank that goes underneath both front seats..it already has the pickup under the passanger side, but this will do the trick so I can have two...:D

That is pretty trick...anyone know if there is a pass through A/N fitting that would allow you to run flexible line from the sump fitting to the holley manifold-dealio

Just thought I'd follow up on this. I bought one of those Holley kits, and I don't think it will get the job done. It only has 2 of those little pickups, and I can't think of a way to mount just the 2 of them and avoid the starvation problem good enough to make it worth the $70 I paid for it. I think I'm going to try the floating weighted style pickup and see how it goes. If I don't like it, I'll probably switch to an accumulator setup. I just want to avoid the extra fuel pump if I can.

If someone wants this Holley setup, PM me in the next week or so before I send it back to Summit. IMO, If it had 4 of the little valve things, they would be onto something. But it's not worth $140 to me to set it up that way.
