Good luck!! I gave up completely trying to make PC's do video stuff. I'm saving my pennies for a REAL computer.........a MAC!!!!!!!!! The I can start making RME commercials and stuff !

Well, you must have some kinda memory card in that camera that you got the stills you posted from, right? On my camera in VCR mode I can save any individual frame from the tape as a still image on the memory card, then download it just like you did the other pics. My camera is a Sony, yours may work differently... Worth a try.
