Gear swapping

How difficult is it to change the gears out? I hear the 14 bolt is easier than the dana 60? Can anyone confirm this?

Yes, but they are all easy to those of us who do it all the time.

14 bolt is easier, because you can adjust the backlash without pressing off the bearings 15 times.

that is exaclty what I heard. But I think I am just going to get whatever axel I can. Is it worth getting the 14 bolt just cause it is easier to change out ring and pinion?

That depends on if you want to do the gears yourself.
