That looks a lot like a coleman camp stove. The propane attachment looks exactly like the one from my Coleman. My coleman has the brand name stamped into the lid. Maybe this one is just so old that they weren't yet doing the brand when they stamped the lid?

I have two Colemans, this one is a knock off of some sort.
