Going dirt biking this Saturday, June 11

Nice riding Steve. Looks like your getting the hang of it. A tip for the sand riding, you can squeeze the bike with your knees when you are riding through it. It will help so that you don't get the wiggles. Good job though!
 
thanks. I wouldn't call my riding "nice" or "fast", but hey, I have a blast when I'm out there. I'm a rockcrawler at heart, and I'll never give it up, but I do get more grins per minute out of dirt biking.

I'll try squeezing the tank with my legs more when I'm in sand. I just didn't have the guts to give it more throttle, which is what I needed to do. It'll come with time.

This is my favorite view with the gopro. I like having a bit of the helmet to give the video a steady frame of reference.

the 125 is my wife's bike. it's a 97. has a pipe, but mostly stock.
The 250 is a 2000, I bought almost new when I was in high school.. Has desert tank, pipe and reeds. the cylinder is at Lindsay machine being repaired. (and has been for 3 weeks :mad:)
I really bad want a 4stroke, but there is nothing like the hit of the 2...
Someday I'll ad a wr450 to the collection..
