Just picked this dandy up yesterday. Its a 2000 Eddie with the 5.4l Triten, supercharged, chipped, headers, exhaust kit, 4" lift, and ghetto bling bling wheels. Anyone know anything about Superchargers? I need to get this one tuned. Runs great at higher RPM's, but not so well at Idle. I think the best part about this deal was the interior for the kids, already has the tv's, plug ins for the video games, disc changers, etc.

Dude! nice tow rig!
Now you just need a flat bed. I know this place that sells good trailers pretty cheap. Now we can roll the XJ every time we go down to Moab! by the way, how was that drive back?? Hopefully the weather held out fer ya. We got our a$$es handed to us in Arches on Sunday. KENNETH !!

Maybe I am weird, but the reason I got an XJ was so that I wouldn't need a tow rig to get around......granted, you rolled your XJ, and the more I keep doing to mine the less I want to drive it around every day........it never ends!

By the way that looks like a nice rig, for a FORD.. :greg:

It was a long hard drive in the rain with no windshield. Now all we have to do is chop the top, install tube frame, and its on.

Thanks for the compliments, weve been looking for a while now for a good solid used rig, the excursions are too expensive, tahoes too. We narrowed it to the Expeditions and it just so happened that the insurance guy was right next to the ford guy, and this one was in there.

Also Anyone good with internal video, the tv doesnt work.

uuuhh

Did ya roll it too? :D

That is a super nice looking ford.

As for the lift changing the toe capability of the ford, nah. My boss put one on his truck, and it pulled just the same near as I could tell. So I should speculate that it should not do much, so long as your ball is in the right place.

BadCop, are you having the insurance pay for the damage to the XJ? Did you tell them what you were doing or did you make something up?

Just jackin ya! :D For the jury, it was a fair roll though! KENNETH !!

I told em the truth. I was camping with some friends on an established road, but unimproved. Lost the front right tire to a hole which flattened it causing me to flip. :)

No Problem, Its Geico, Ive been with them for a long long time. They asked it there was a report and I told them that due to our location, and lack of Cell reception. My friends were able to uprite me, no injuries, no property damage and they said okie.

All in All, this is the truth and you need to stick to it! That was some hole!!  I guess you need bead-locks now to prevent tires from going flat in holes! Now to convince the wife of this. KENNETH !!
