This is the first of, I hope many, posts of good trails in the Wasatch area. I am new to Jeeps and 4x4s in general, but I am an avid hiker and record everywhere I go on my GPS. As I explore new places, I'll post the results here. My taste is forest service/logging roads, so don't expect any extreme stuff from me.
Here is the first.
Trail: Wasatch Ridge/Baldy Ridge/Dairy Ridge
Access: Approx 37 miles East of Ogden on Hwy 39 (Ogden Canyon)
Description: A loop encompassing three official forest service motor vehicle roads, well-used by ATVs, 4x4s and campers. Wasatch Ridge rd and Dairy Ridge rd are fairly smooth and graveled with plenty of places to pull over. However, the cutoff between the two, Baldy Ridge is mostly dirt with large rocks. It is also very narrow for long stretches with little manuvering room.
I turned off Hwy 39 at N41 25.047 W111 31.363 Here is my GPS track:

Is there an easy way to share files so people can get the GPS data? If not, this one is easy to figure out using Google Maps.
