I have seen it, looks amazing! Others have built rat rod Semi's and they also look badass. It would be fun to put one together one day.

Huh. I can't remember if that was at SEMA or not.. there were a couple rig-looking ratty rod things.

The Cummins Cadillac was pretty sweet... :D hehe

It would be even cooler with turbos.

Why is that? It's a 2-stroke diesel, so they normally run with superchargers rather than turbos as I understand it...otherwise they'd have to have something to spool up the turbos before you could start the thing.

It was at SEMA 2009. Really cool, and very nice craftsmanship. I wish I'd heard it run, like some others got to... :(

Our locomotives are 2 stroke with turbos....

The turbos do run on a clutch till about 1/2 throttle, then they spool up.

The Brushcutter I ran was powered by a Detroit Diesel 8V 2 stroke that was turbocharged AND supercharged. It sounded like it was about to come apart when you ran it at full engine operating speed.

Holy crap! I bet it did! I think Detroits sound like they're about to explode ANYWAY... I can't imagine the racket w/turbos added LOL

Banks, I see, is making some crazy Duramax with a supercharger and twin turbos. :D

They run both with the turbo feeding the supercharger.
