Gummed up relay

I pulled my harness today and went to wire in the new fuel pump and after opening up the relay I found a mess... Is there an easy way to clean this? Or do I need a new relay?

You sure that's not grease, for waterproofing?

That is OE weather-packing grease.

Yep, dielectric grease. It is a good thing.
