That is weird.

i'd suggest checking for damage to the bead(s) on your swampers, and ensuring that the sealing surface on the wheel isn't damaged / dirty.

I also have some of the rubberized Hutchinson style runflats if you want to try running one of those vs the mag insert.

Will the tire hold air if it's at 30 psi? Maybe there is something wrong with the tire, and not the wheel - bad bead, etc? Maybe swap the tire on another wheel?
I'm thinking it might be a bead problem too, maybe the tires have had too rough of a life.
How tight does that mag beadlock fit? I'm not familiar with those. I used the PVC beadlocks (I don't know the width or anything--Meat could tell you?) and it was fairly hard to tighten the last few threads as you were assembling the wheels. I only had one with air problems and that was one I didn't use axle grease on. I did use new O-rings.
This is how they fit in there:

Before we cut them down, we couldn't get the 2 halves to fully seat against each other.

If you have some extras, I'd be happy to try that. My understanding was that the mag inserts came with the 8 bolt and a rubberized kind came with the 12 bolt, so maybe that's part of the problem.
