Hmm, nice! It looks like it is out of round tube......what size? 1" ? Does anyone here have a die for their bender for 3/4" square tube? I've always had a hankerin' to build something similar to that out of square tube.

James, out of curiosity, did you consider building one larger than that one so you could put more on it besides that one cooler? It sure fits the cooler tight though, for sure.

It has a rachet strap that goes over the top just have to make the attachment points tomorrow and finish welding it all

No, a friend of mine has one, 60 in the rear 44 up front etc....I was just talking to him and he wants me to find a rack system that will fit over a spare 35" tire. All the ones he has looked at fit no larger than a 33.
