Sharp hair can KILL man. Watch that stuff.

I think he's lost his friggin' mind. So be it. Can't say I wasn't rooting for him with all his commercials, as much as I hated them. Good schtick. Seems like he's maybe a little too eager to draw-- but that's not a conclusion, just a preliminary opinion.

Anyone think he could be facing some time for the speeding/brandishing a gun episode. Hard to run a business behind bars.

I doubt that, I'm pretty sure all his offences are only Class A Misdemenors. His tax evasion (if thats true, and if it's really that much) could possibly put him behind bars though.

Thinking about it, Im sure the Get Gephart story had nothing to do with bad publicity when Gephart showed how crooked he was in the repair end of the buisness.

Why on earth would a company want to assume lifetime warranties when they didn't sell them the original product?

I'd have just offfered a discount on service to persuade the TAC customers to come over. 90 days is . . . well it's a pittance, but it's more than most would have done.

My gripe with these people is that their business is doing something that every one of us can do.
It really isn't hard to buy some components and plug them into a tower.
They then fill your computer with total crap (I'm sure they got paid a bunch of money to put some of those programs on your hard drive), and when all the crap they put onto your computer causes problems, you take it to them and their answer is to wipe your drive and start over.
Wiping the drive is covered by the warranty of course . . . but 'that'll be $50 to save what is on your hard drive please.'
