halloween costume ideas for a bearded gentelman

Now that fall is here, its time to start thinking about a costume. The trouble I have, as a bearded guy, the ideas are limited. All the good costumes have been used. I need some suggestions.

I am currently sporting a fine Castro-esque beard. Well groomed Castro not shaggy old Castro. But Castro has been done several times.
