I've got a pair of spring eye bushings that refuse to be burned/pounded/chiseled out. Anybody within striking distance of Magna have a burly press that could convince these things to let go?

I broke a 12t jack trying to push these out... :( That's a metric heckton of grip. But yeah, cut out the sleeve first. , and cut as much grooves in the bushing if you can. Just cut, chop, burn, pound whatever you can actually. That is a sucky job and nothing makes it "easy".

The sawzall worked to get me some strips I could peel out with the cold chisel. Thanks for the reality check, Steve!

Soak it in PB blaster, come back in 5 minutes and the bushing will be waiting for you on the workbench.
*disclaimer, this most likely entirely untrue.
no but srsly, rubber has incredible grip until its loobed.

Winning! Now I just gotta get them back on. Right after I change the axle seals, replace the shocks, install axle armor, pick up the thirds from I Lean, and clean and paint everything.

And I'm about to run out of weekend.
