Does the wd-40 or the vinegar hurt the paint at all? I have some hard water issues due to our condos feeling like they have to water the cars in the parking lot....

Dilute the WHITE vinegar at about 25% white vinegar to 75% water. On the glass you could actually use laquer thinner on a cloth.
