I need a good power probe, any recommendations on which one?

I think the basic PP is fine for most troubleshooting. I only have the basic model (3), it has helped me fix so many electrical mysteries on my scrambler!

The other chinese knock-offs are probably capable to do the job.

I vote for the Klein but have heard the Fluke is cooler than that. I don't think I'll ever get another multi meter without the clamp fingers on top. If for no other reason, testing a draw on an isolated wire is WAY worth it

I bought this one for my boy to learn on and to measure DC current. For less than $40 it's been very good especially given all the functions...NCV, AC/DC current and a thermocouple. The leads are even OK quality.

The AC dynamically altering the magnetic field is how it can read the voltage. That's trickier with DC.

They are definitely available. I only mentioned it because it's pretty common that they don't do DC and the one that @85CUCVKRAWLER linked is an example of one that doesn't measure DC current in the clamp.

Fluke is the gold standard. I had one years ago until someone liberated it from my workbench.

Now, my go to is Klein. I have a mm200 and a CL800. The CL800 is sweet because it's a clamp on that'll measure DC current.
