Heim Joints... tomorrow?

I'm thinkin of building a traction bar before I head to moab in few weeks but I just realized this is the only weekend I can work on it. :( Does anyone know where I could pick up some heim joints and tube inserts tomorrow?

I need ones that will fit tube with an I.D. of 1.25" since I'll probably use 1.5" .120" wall tube. I'd even be ok with tractor supply joints since my friends said they would be ok in this application. Mainly I just need them asap if I'm going to do it. If not my boyfriend said to wait and we'll get them from ruffstuff. Any help is much appreciated!!! Here's a pic of my cute jeep!!!

What size and how many do you want? I think I have a used heim or two, I'd have to check when I get home tomorrow.

Sounds like she needs a heim and tube adapter to fit a tube with a 1.25" I.D. ,assuming she's only using one joint. If it was during the week I'd say go to Summit Machine or Ben Hanks racing. Not sure where to go on the weekends.

Yeah, but if I have some I may have more than one size to choose from...and I can thread a chunk of tube to use as a weld-in adapter easily enough.

If it were me (or you, it sounds like), I'd just use one...but I've seen people use them at all 3 points also.

I don't really care what size joints, anything you think would work. I'm planning on using that tubing though since I have a friend with it. I live in West Jordan, where do you live and when would you be around? I can't believe how helpful everyone on here is!!! : )

I just bought 2 tractor arms from harbor freight to make a ghetto track bar for a quick trip to moab.... These joints suck. I wouldn't wast my time. That being said if you need to go this route they are 25 bucks and you dont need tube because you can just cut and weld the arms to each other to make the bar. Then ad cross member to frame where ever it lines up.
