Hello,
I am a single parent with two teenage boys and one teenage daughter. I have 40 years of off roading under my belt. Only the last 5 years in our XJ. The XJ is used 50/50 on/off road. We have done most of our off roading in the Appalachian Mountains in North Carolina, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire. However, right now we are slinging mud in Florida. We are planning a trip to Moab in late September and will be driving the XJ along with a small camper.
We have modified our XJ and plan to do a lot more modifications before heading to Moab. The engine is a stock 4.0 long block and has had everything else upgraded. We presently have a 5" lift and are in the works to fabricate a custom suspension. Everything else will follow. In other words, we are rebuilding everything from the axles up except what is in the engine bay and the exhaust. The exhaust is handled by a performance wrapped header and a 2.5" exhaust system.
We are looking forward to our new build and Krawling in Moab.
