Help bleeding brakes

Hey guys! So I picked up a 2002 Polaris Trailblazer 250 (two stroke) for the wife and daughter to ride. It’s a nice machine needed a little work but I have it fixed up nicely 😎

I can’t get the rear brakes to bleed. With my mighty vac on the bleeder it won’t pull anything through. The gauge just sits and doesn’t drop... I’m thinking there might be an obstruction somewhere but not sure where to start or if I’m missing something...

Any ideas on what to do? Need more info? Thanks for any tips!

Bleed up (bottle to top) from the caliper to the master with a Syringe.

If it's stuck, pop both ends of the line and blow it out with compressed air.

Finally if that doesn't work buy a master cylinder rebuild kit. It's cheap. And if some earlier) dummy put the wrong fluid in there the seals swell and nothing works.

So I have the brakes all refreshed with a new master and pads. The rear slows it down... but nowhere near as strong as I feel it should be. Any ideas? I feel they should almost lock up if I stand on it but they don’t. I need more fluid but I’ll try bleeding them again. Maybe they have a little air in the line? Hmm 🤔
