Ok simple question here I am installing the add-a-leafs for the teraflex xj 4" it states in the instructions to add the leaf to the bottom of the pack. Is that right? Before i have seen it add in the upper part of the pack. I checked the website on the instructions and it says the same thing to add to bottom of rack but they are different than what i have. I have an old revision date of instructions. Anybody done one of these before? I just dont want to put it back together and find out i did it wrong. Any help out there?

I would say stack them in order from shortest leaf (the "baby leaf") on the bottom, to longest ("Main leaf")on the top.. With most add-a-leafs this will put the added leaf about 1 or 2 leafs below the main leaf. Thats how my Rusty's Offroad 3" Add-a-leaf told me what to do with their kit

see thats how i figured but started thinking if it is on the bottom then it will re-arch the entire leaf pack which makes since also that is why i am asking lol

Definitely put it where it fits in with the "stack" of the pack. It will end up being either the 2nd leaf (right under the main leaf) or the 3rd, I don't remember exactly right now.

That kit used to be supplied with a short/fat add-a-leaf, that would have gone at the bottom of the pack to fit in the progression of the leaf lengths, so that might be what the destructions are referencing. (the short leaves aren't great though, they ride stiffer and concentrate stress in one spot on the main pack, bending or breaking it)
