To answer your question (and a pretty common one at that), everything functions exactly the way it did before. You're just missing that one "ingredient" in the mix.

Still just a touch sore, but not bad. I was up and framing a basement after about 12 hours. I could not sit still any more. Buy at least two pairs of TIGHT underwear. Tighty whiteys are not tight enough. You need spandex, and buy it one size too small. You need the boys supported for a while. The procedure doesn't really hurt much. No more than any one of hundreds of injuries I've given myself in the garage. Go do it.

Sounds like you should of gotten a jock strap. That's what I did, then I tucked a bag of peas in there. Wife cooked me a steak that night.
