hilborn air scoop

I have a hilborn air scoop, I don't know anything about it other than what it is, what you see in the picture is what I have. Don't have any screws for it, I was given it to me by a friend but I don't plan on using it and my buddy lives back in Washington and he doesn't need it. I originally got it for a 4 door s15 gmc jimmy that I build a frame for, cut the top off, and dropped in a V8, so planned on having this sticking through the hood like another buddy of mine had on his s10 blazer, but then plans changed and its just been sitting in my garage.

As of now, it is spoken for waiting pick up.
