I have a new in box Hobart Multi-Handler 200 ( cost $1580 at Murdochs), this Multiprocess welder includes MIG, Flux cored, Stick, and DC TIG processes in one machine. The versatile machine is made to work on a variety of projects. Weld materials up to 3/8". Choose between 120 V or 240 V input power.
I bought additional parts in order to TIG weld with this machine, including a Miller TIG foot pedal ($343) and Jattus TIG Perfect ($330) which allows you the ability to dial in your amperage control.
Also included in this deal is a spare Hobart Multi-Handler 200 (14 months old) and ALL the pieces it came with. The spare machine needs a inverter card and won't power on, Hobart/Miller didn't have one on hand, so they sent me a totally new machine under warranty. You can just use the 2nd machine for parts as needed (MIG gun, liner, TIG torch, tungsen, etc, etc, etc... OR you could try find a replacement inverter card and have a 2nd welder to sell and cover the costs of the new one.
I'm into this $2250+, while I'd love to get my money back out of it, I'm willing to let someone have a killer deal and loose a little money on my end.... I just want to pay for my replacement Miller 211.
I'll be in Moab later this week for EJS, if that helps get it moved to a buyer.
