I have down a couple What is the problem????

I have a black wire comming out of the ecu and butt conects to a red wire and runs out with a ring terminal on it then I have a red wire that goes into a inline fuse and splits into two short wires with male and female spade connectors on them I am not sure where they go if the one single is a ground that someone else made longer and the one with the fuse inline is a switched hot?
