I believe you can change this setting to allow non-registered users to view attachments.

I'll tell you, those admin's over on nagca can be real a-holes sometimes. all a guy wants to do is host his pictures and share them with friends.

If you switch that, any attachment can be hotlinked so bandwidth can be wasted. Although it's not that big of a deal now days. But another factor is that you would take away the incentive to get viewers to register on the site.

Yes, the way you have NAGCA setup is how RME attachments are. IMO I am not running a hosting site that people can use to display pics elsewhere on the 'net and leave me with the bill for their traffic.
