How bad is it?

Ok my 2 year old decided it would be fun to take the keys off my work laptop. I am talking broken plastic pieces, take the keys off.

It is a Lenovo r series think pad.

Can intake this somewhere and have them install a new keyboard? If so where?

laptop keyboards are like $20 on ebay and they're usually very easy to pop out and replace.

The model number is a R61i. I found one for 60 bucks last night plus shipping so your deal was a lot better.

Thanks for the replys, I was a litte blown away last night. I think the key board only has 13 keys left in. It is a little more funny this morning.

Yes, but he still needs to fix the keyboard. Unless he can go back in time and kill the kid before he destroyed the keyboard. That would work.

Keyboard is very easy to replace.. There are a ton of write ups and tutorials on youtube. I completely took apart my wife's Gateway and installed a new power plug and I have never done it before in my life.. Only one extra screw.. PROFIT!!!
