Not bad for a slow connection and just what's in the pictures. This will be a fun diversion up here, googling clues and using the zoom/move features. Every time I would pan, it would take about a minute to load the pic again.

Finally got a 14k plus with the help of google. My first round I was pretty good without google at least IMO but I don't think I broke 10k.

My second was my best, 13,151. I did get thrown off on an all white, snowy place. After not seeing identifiers, I chose Alaska. Wrong! It was somewhere N.E. of Winnipeg in the Arctic Circle.

I've noticed that it penalizes you based on the projection instead of actual distance. Get a location wrong anywhere too far from the equator and it hurts bad.

In a lot of the pictures you can move around and find signs and such to google and help find a location. In one I found a building labeled "Duckworth Building" turned out to be a building in St. Johns Newfoundland and I picked the spot 30km away.

28500 first try without using google or anything else. Took forever though - like three hours, and I was way off on one when it dropped me off on a two road in BFE on the great plains. Straight road as far as you could see. Not only that but the camera was all blurry on that road so I couldn't read a single road sign. Finally did figure out it was in NM cause of the state highway sign colors but was still like 90 miles off. Everything else was within a kilometer.
