How nit-picky are you with contractors

They mixed the cement in a wheelbarrow (I’ve always seen fence guys dump the bags in dry and then add water 🤷🏼‍♂️) then let the post sit for a couple hours. They supported the gate and said to let it sit overnight.

I'm honestly impressed with his response. That has not been my experience with most contractors (which is why I rarely use them anymore). Either they are great and don't need to be nit picked, or they do crap work and expect you to be happy about it. Good on him and definitely deserves a good review!
