I don't need no stinking RV pad, I just park anywhere in my backyard. :ugh:

mine is only about 8 feet wide between the garage and the property line. i wish it was a bit wider. i cant back the trailer in to the back yard, some one else probably could, but i cant. on the plus side i can damn near turn the truck and trailer around on the rv pad in the back yard.:D

o.k. so i am exaggerating. i really do have more parking than any one house needs. the drive way in front of the garage will park 6-9 vehicles depending on size, two down the side of the garage, and probably 8 more in the back lot.

i am thinking about putting in parking meters.:greg:

if i had a hitch on the front of the truck i think i could get the trailer in the back yard. i just cant see anything from the truck when i am backing up the trailer with the jeep on it.
I bet if I stood behind your trailer you'd be more than happy to stomp on the go pedal. BTW I think your Birthday present is showing up with my RE LONG ARM KIT TODAY!!:D

I have a great concrete guy I cn put you in touch with. I think the cost is around $2.50 per square foot. that includes grading and forming, and of course the concrete.

I've got 24' between the house and the fence, and it's all going to be concrete. It's 100' from the sidewalk to the back fence, and the back 33' will be covered with my shop. That leaves about 1600 sq. ft. of parking outside the 30X30 shop:cool: .

Mine is 14X70. Keep in mind that if you're going to gate it, you will lose a little width. If you look at my gate closely, you'll see the top is kind of scalloped?? When I went to the 102" wide bodied motorhome, I found out it wouldn't fit between the gates. That design in the top of the fence is only to fit my mirrors through. :ugh:

I bet Hickey could. He's got mad trailer backing skillz.
I'd have to see it. My last house was 8'4" at the most narrow point, but the corner eave of the garage would hang into that area about a foot. Putting my camper back there took me over an hour. I had about 3/4" of room between the camper and the roof. I only put it back there once.
