I am hoping to pick up an 85 4runner in the next few weeks. However my dad is not too happy with the thought of another truck sitting in our driveway especially one that isn't running (he isn't into the whole wheeling thing yet) I am trying to think of ways to get around this... I need to know how wide an 85 4runner really is. Or if you have any ideas of places I could store it suggestions are welcomed.

The sheet metal is about 68" wide. I don't have stock bumpers, so that may or may not change things.
If you are looking for one there is one for sale just up the street from me, it is on 36" tires a spring over I belive, all I know is that the back tires have been off for a couple weeks and the rear diff gutted and rear drive line hanging then the other day a for sale sign was posted. It belongs to some kid maybe he doesnt have the cash to fix it and will let it go for cheap??? This is if you are looking. If you want directions or maybe I could get you a phone # let me know.
