To get this hunting thread back on track here is a picture of my oldest boy posing with my 2016 any bull elk from the Uintas.

It is the first big game animal we have taken together, it was great for him and even better for me!!!!

Killed this spike a few weeks back with my muzzleloader. First time killing with a muzzleloader and the third time shooting one ever haha

I even got to stuff it in the back of my comanche

I think that happens to everyone that hunts with an elk caliber sooner or later. That one looks pretty mild at least .
