I bought 2 joints before I bought 2 joints...

...and then I bought 2 more.

Went to Summit Machine yesterday to get front end joints for the ExJ. I went with Mike's recommendations on an XL Flex Joint on the frame end of the radius arms and a large poly bushing on the axle end. For the lower end of the upper radius arm link, I'm using the Medium Flex Joint, and keeping the stock axle end rubber bushings.

Plus I picked up the two spanner wrenches to finish assembling the joints. These babies will flex!

Summit is some good eggs. You'd have to twist my arm to get me to admit that they are a kickass Checkpoint #1 crew... Ok, ok.. I'll just admit it.

I should. Every time I think about posting up the new stuff I figure I should completely update my old build thread with the new upper stuff, body panels and recent suspension. Hopefully I'll have time soon.

I used the same joints and bushings on the front of my son's mj and they work great.
