I'm going to need a burger. Or a burrito or pizza or something. Tomorrow. Between Manti and Fairview, what's the best spot for lunch?

After running Hanging Tree, I usually eat at The Malt Shop in Ephraim. Decent place, though I haven't exactly sampled many other joints in the area so I cannot compare it to too many other options in the general area.

Los amigos in ephriam was good years ago when I stayed across the road, they had a ghost pepper sauce that was very spicy.

There is a pizza place in Ephraim I've gone to the last couple years. Roy's or Ray's I think. It'd be better if you didn't have a kid to dump water on you (both years, different kid) or run out the door and try to get to the street mid meal, or just generally throw a fit the whole time) but despite the personel issues it was tasty.

We stopped at the Malt Shop. There was a baseball thing at the fairgrounds so they were utterly slammed and it took forever, but the burger was decent.
