I need a tubing spot

Most of the places I'd normally go ain't got no snow on 'em yet. Where's a good spot up one of the canyons or maybe in Park City to take a raft of kiddos?

Anybody know anything about this "tubing park" at the top of Parleys? Right next to Woodward. Is this a public spot or a pay park?

I am hoping some snow rolls in before Christmas. I just spent a lot of money on my personal tubing location, and have a group showing up to sled and make big fires.. but I don't have snow!

I recall seeing a bunch of tubers at the turnoff for Donut Falls, in Big Cottonwood Canyon, in years past.
