I want skinny 37's for my Jeep

Every 37 I've seen says it's a 12.5" wide tire, but some are actually more narrow than the Maxxis RZR tires I currently have. @gijohn40 has some 37" tires that were noticeably narrower when I saw him on Rattlesnake and constrictor. Who has come across other narrow 37's? I need to put some AT's on my JK to improve its road manners, as it's becoming my wife's daily driver. ASAP.

I picked up some 37x12.50/17 off of KSL last year from a guy that took them off a dually. They are an off brand - Ironman All country M/T. They seem to be more narrow than what I see a lot of 37's. They are not super loud or quiet....about what I would expect from the tread design. There are probably better tires for on road feel. On a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 6, but hey I only paid $800 for 6 tires with less than 1500 miles on them.

I've never run 37" KO2s, but have been impressed with the 34s on my 3/4 ton pickup. Pretty amazing tire in the snow (not that we get any of that anymore based on this last winter). They are a softer compound though to get the snowflake winter rating and will wear out more quickly. Are you keeping the maxxis tires for wheelin or getting rid of them? Have you considered just picking up a set of JL rubicon take off wheels and tires for cheap and rocking them? My buddy picked up a set of wheels and tires for like $500 for 5. Crazy good deal and they have 80% tread.

I think even 35's will look goofy with my lift, and the 4.88's would suck on the interstates.

I'm switching the Maxxis RZRs to Britney.

I know you've probably already got the KO2's but for anyone looking for skinny 37's, Nitto makes the Ridge Grappler in a 37x11.5R18. Just pick up some wheels off a Sahara and... oh wait, this is a JK. Stock wheels ain't gonna cut it...
