so my father is the guy behind the new flavors of the EVER SO WONDERFUL Tillamook ice cream and cheese and wanted me to see what kind of great flavor ideas people had for either a ice cream or even a cheese.

Does Tillimook do licorice? I had it once and I think it was from Tillimook, and it was really good!

@oregon85 they have had that flavor but doesnt sell from my understanding so they stopped making it.

@jruss hes in oregon. I grew up in tillamook.

Thanks for reviving this. While visiting him a month ago they said that they are trying to focus on local northwest ingrediants. Great ideas guys.

The cheese factory here in Beaver used to sell a Salami and Swiss that was killer. They quit selling it about 10 years ago and I haven't found a good one sense.

They have enough good ice cream- focus on the Salami and Swiss!
