It's not the ideal axle, but it was the ideal price.
calipers, parking break, 4.56's, locker, pinion, disks, wheel spacers, setup for ZJ coils/shocks, beefed up diff cover, and painted pretty. 500 bucks.
like I said, i'm glad there is no resale value in stuff like this. although, the lack of resale value hit me pretty hard when I sold my buggy.
I'm not that worried about breaking it the way I plan on using this thing. it's plenty strong for what I need. I would never put one in a rig that I was going to punish--but the most difficult terrain this rig will see is like Pritchett Canyon so I'm not particularly worried about it.
