rocky anderson has a new found freedom to finally speak his mind. he has already said he wont be running for reelection. so now he doesnt have to make any body happy. he would have never made this speech if he was running again.

personally i think he is an ass, and dont understand how he convinced people to vote for him in the first place.

The guy would clam up about 5 months before the election, and the people of Salt Lake City would forget the crap he pulled, and re-elect him.

Let us not forget that this piece of work is almost entirely responsible for the hundreds of millions (maybe even billions) of dollars in delays and re-designs for the legacy highway project. But what do you expect when you elect the former in-house counsel for the ACLU as your mayor?

Most of the people in America who profess to speak english can't. I say we kick them out too. I think we would be left with only about 1/3 of our country. And by the way, it has nothing to do with race. Most english speakers can't speak correct english. I say if you are not white, speak perfect english and don't own a 4x4 you're gone!

Have to agree here. Anderson's views may not be what everyone else thinks, but he can say whatever he wants. Free speech people, don't forget about it. That and I agree with him anyway.-_-

yeah that would be fine if rocky was just a normal citizen sharing his own views, but he's not. He is suppose to represent all of us here in Salt Lake City cuz he is our mayor, whether it be rep and dem. But he doesnt care now that he isnt running again. I just moved, but i lived right next to that punk for over a year

come on... of course not, but with rocky its a whole different story. All of my family are big time democrats and they cant stand him and his views. And the reasoning behind what he does.
