is a 12,000 lb winch too big for a 1ton tj

just getting some thoughts. how big of a winch should i run i have amostly full body tj on one tons 42s and alot of tube work done.i think im pushing the scale of around 5500-6000lbs. any thoughts

I think a 10-12k is perfect. Synthetic line will keep the pounds down.

there is no such thing as to big of a winch. If you have the room that is. If your worried about weight.....synthetic rope like what was said
