is your verizon stupid?

I've been on Verizon for as long as I've had a cell phone. I could never really think about a time I could really complain either.

I just got the Pocket PC (XV6700) and love it. Since it's a windows mobile phone, I can set anything I want on there (ring tones, etc) and use my outlook contacts for my phone contacts. Everything is wide open. Another big reason I went with this phone because all the other phones are locked down to use specific services (pictures, ringtones, programs, etc...)

Hell, this phone even has wifi... I didn't even sign up for the verizon datapackage because everywhere I go has a hotspot.

we can not use our verizon in our house. some times it works, sometimes it doesnt, sometimes it drops the call and sometimes it tells me i need a credit card to make the call. i think it has something to do with all the power lines running around my house.

when hambones phone is on the fritz, i cant call him. it goes right to voice mail.

i am not complaining about verizon im really happy with them its just the last month or so i have had this one problem and was just wondering if any body else was haveing the same problem. i think the tower for this part of west valley must have week ends off

I just noticed yesterday that I have better reception at my house too. Must be the new tower.

it always works fine during the week it only gives me grief on the weekend so we will see come this weekend

I live just off 5600 West & 5400 South. Reception in that general area blows bigtime! I've tried updating our phones several times with no success. If I'm in our basement, I can't get anything. Not even a single bar. I've complained several times. All they say is they can do nothing. I'm gonna try to get out of the contract if they can't get my problem fixed. I've been with Verizon for about 6 months and it's been the same coverage wise at our place. I've got the Motorola E815.

I live in the same area off 5600w and 5400s and I have no issues with my verizon phone, I have a newer blackberry though.
