so take some pics of the stand... And what NOT to do...
How hard is it to do the double angle bend like on the tube bed? One horizontal and one virtical, on the same piece of tube. Have you notched any tube yet? Its way harder than pipe.
Is there a trick to notching? I always ate my hole saws teeth. There milwakee saws too.
Where ya getting the tube from? Price per stick? 2inch tube?
You got me going, I'm gonna do my tube bed soon. Wanna donate bender hours? After your project of course.....

I would rather take pics of the rebuilt stand.
This is the one and only bend I have made at this point. No notching,,,,,
I piced up my tubing from RockLogic, don't know the price of 2" but if you buy enough 1.75" is about $2.00 per foot.
Donate hours,,, I have a few rigs allready requesting Donatings.

It was a nice rig, but I didn't get all of the specs on it. He is a member of my club, so I'll try to ask him more about it next time I see him.

Yeah, it did seem to work pretty well. He had nothing break on the trail, and was able to drive over all of the obstacles. I think he said he will be in Moab for EJS, so I'll definately see him there. I have signed up for some trails, and I think the club is going to run some trails on their own, so I'm not sure if I'll be running any trails with him or not.

Nothing personal Shawn, but I really don't like your boner bar. It sticks out too far in front of your rig, and too tall. I'm not being mean, I just don't want to go along with everybody else and say"oh that's cool" but quietly they're sayin' "hmmm, I would do it different". And what's with all the yellow? It's "Blood Hound" not "Dog that's so nervous that it pees all the time" Paint it red!

I'm thinking it might be a FJ40 body on a TJ frame. Not sure though but that's what it looks like with the arms and coils and all.

And I could carless if you like it or not. I really shouldn't have posted a pic yet, because it's not even close to being done.
I to am not sure about the location, Height is right, how far it sticks out in the front is another. I look at it as if I needed to climb vertical I would get in the way.
The yellow will be on all of the exo cage.
