Jeep Cherokee above the B in Bountiful?

So what is the deal?? Anyone find this jeep? Did it spend the winter up on the mountain and if so what shape is it in? Thanks

i went up there the other night but only made it a little ways on the back side for fear of the road giving away anymore than it has but i have no idea how far back the jeep is

well read again because you should read in one of the posts its down and off the main trail on a small quad trail .you will most likely not spot it with a spot light from the main trail.its pretty far back there from what i know

I took a trip a little ways up there today. The snow has receeded enough to get vehicles up quite a way. I only went as far as where the pole line crosses the road, then had to turn back due to lack of time to spend in the hills. I'll bet we could get in to where it is.

i was huntin Jeep i was , no me and my buddy had just gotten off work and decided to go up the canyon and i carry spotlight in the jeep so we decided to look for it the best we could

i have not chimed in to this thread for like a month and cant belive it is still going so this satuday, i am going up there to find it , who is with me?

anything that jeep can get into so can my buggy. lets solve this thread once and for all. if we cant drive in all the way then i am ready to hike in.

don't try and remove a car/truck without the owner present. we were simply trying to find it to get the plate number and find the owner for extraction and to report to the FS.

if it isn't youres don't touch it and also from were it was said to be sitting you and your light Tj aren't going to get it done alone.

I have heard "sledders" talking about a red Jeep XJ they found ON the pipeline up near "Sheep Herders". Could this be the same Jeep? If so, I know a couple of people who have seen it, and I think they could find it again.

i cant think of where that pipeline is at, by the power lines im guessing, but ya i guess i should just get the plates but i wouldnt just be me going up there theres 2 other rigs goin with me, an XJ and a SAS toyota Pickup

The scar of the pipeline is pretty obvious, so would think that would help locate it....except it runs all the way up and over the top, so still pleanty of possibilities.

so the plot of this cheokee unfolds even further as ive discovered. after finding the rolled jeep and taking sum pics, i was heading down when i stoped and talked to a biker who was looking for that jeep. he told me that he was the repo man and he had the key to the jeep. he also mentioned that wen he got the key the owners wife gave him the key and said that he was gone. not one week later when they went back to talk to him he realized that they had moved out. so tonight the banker that now owns the jeep, his buddy, the repo guy and me are going to go retrieve the jeep tonight. while i was up there i talked to some guys on ATV's they told me that a week ago it was in perfct condition, but sum jackass kids cut the rope that was holding it up and rolled it down the hill:-\ . it landed on all 4's but the roof is crushed in. and now there is bullet holes in it also
