So the kid who wired up my radio did a shit job and i pulled the radio yesterday and wired the parking break into the ground so I can use the aux in for my ipod. I put it all back together and my gauge cluster stopped working. I drove a little to see if it would work, hit a bump and they popped on and started working. I ran farmington canyon yesterday and with most bumps the gauges would go on and off. when I got home I couldnt get them to go on, when they are off the windows dont roll up. I replaced the fuse and they were working today until my way home, just driving along on a normal road and they were going on and off again with no bumps. Any ideas what to look at?

The plug that goes into the cluster on the back of the gauges could be lose or the ground could be lose.

i had the same problem and found a wire loose behind the dash, under the gauge cluster, fixed the wire and no problems now. mine was an arb wire but i bet you have something contacting something its not supposed to.
