I put the tub back on the frame, but cant get the rear to seat all the way down so that I can bolt the 4 rear body mounts.
Looked around, and couldnt find what could be blocking it from going down. Anyone experience this issue?

UNSTUCK

But stuck more often.
Have you had this frame and tub bolted together in the past? No issues at that time? Different body mount pucks? Body lift pucks? LJ's have two rear crossmembers vs the TJ one crossmember. Any thing left on top of either of them? Something on top of the fuel tank?

First time the tub is going on this frame. All do line up, I can bolt all the side mounts, just the rear need to drop another inch or so.
Nothing was left on top, but I see the tub floor in contact with the top of the rear spring perch on both sides. Could that be the issue?

The body can’t contact the frame anywhere. I’d take another look at your body mounts. Are the side mounts tall enough? Maybe you just need to add a 1” lift puck in there and fill the rear gap with a 2”ish puck.
I’m guessing something is different in the years of the frame and tub.

if you look at the crossmember above the gas tank, those 2 mounts look okay, the gap looks right. Looks like the tub needs to go down about 1" in the rear. Can i some spacers just in the back?
I was thinking about lifting the tub off the frame and cut down those areas either at the tub or the spring perch, but again the middle crossmember looks to be close to the tub already.

Without being there I wouldn’t think you’d want to try to lower the tub any more. Just add a spacer and a longer bolt.

my thought is a small spacer all the way around would lift it enough and they would all stay at the same level.
They wouldn't be at the same level bcp all the other 8 mounts are were they should be, just the 2 in the back, the tub is up by about 1 inch.

I was able to bolt on all the tub 8 mounts. For the two in the rear I found this 1/2 spacer in my shop that fits, however the bottom rubber mount piece doesn't go on due to the side frame support being too fat and I can't fit in grinder in here. Can I install the mount with the bottom piece as in the images below in option 1 or option 2?

And option 3 with larger washer at the bottom and longer bolt
