I went to the gun show this morning, then drove by the jeep show....too much shiney poser crap for me, I couldn't bring myself to want to look at all those things that never see the trail. I know there were several trail rigs there.....but too much show and shine.....IMHO show and shine is for hot rods, not jeeps!!

Not all the rigs there were show and shine..... I think I could have taken the I have way to many wrinkles in whats left of my body award. I did paint my grill mexi crome just for the occasoin thoagh.... bling bling......
Pluse I kinda like some of the more showy rigs. Brandons rig is deffinantaly a show and shine buggy but it gets used. Jake Mechams tj (The one who wone crowd favorite) Gets used as hell... I know I see him kill that thing all the time and just cring cuz I know the amount of work put into that rig........

Ya the biggest thing I didnt like about the show is that it was all jeep...... In reality how many rigs there were running anythig but jeep bodys..... Even my jeep wich is one of the more basic vehicles runs scout tranny, transfer case, and front axle.
I think with the way the sport is going it should be an offroad show.... Not all jeep...In my opnion buggys are not really jeeps... Not saying I dont like them. On the contrary I would have liked to see more of them there. But hay thats just my opnion.
