ok here are some pics of it as of tonight. it's under its own weight in the rear ;). Its running about 2" lower right now then it was on 35's. now its on 38.5's. if all goes well in the front then we are going to even try and get it maybe an inch lower. the front is getting a d60 ford high pinion king pin, which we will be starting tomorrow. what ya think? its a wide SOB!!! in the one pic im 6'3 so that kinda gives you a referance to how tall it is.

Its lookin pretty good so far.....cept for those gnar wheels I'm pretty confident I can get it lower, as long as the front works with the plan. We will see tonight.

What are the coil over specs? Spring weights and travel? How much up travel are you going to (plan on) leave yourself?

16" in the rear
14" in the front I'm not too sure about the spring rates (I'm not going to change them since they work and Chad is use to the handling.)

As far as uptravel we have decided around four inches. That's been the common denominator in alot of the vehicle builds in the past and it seems to work very well(especially when there isn't alot of room) And with ride height being a huge concern we are paying particular attention to uptravel.

Looks great. Love the rear tire carrier. I want to build something similar, only lean it further inside with a lower lcg.

If we had zero parts and were ordering everything thats what I'd have done. With the existing fuel cell and everything already in working order-We went with what we had. I could have dropped the cell into the tub an inch or so-but then would have ran into issues with the axle hitting the cell. If you want to come check it out Bart hit me up on the cell

Very cool! That's where I'm at, 16/14", but I think I have a little more uptravel because of stiffer springs. Just trying to compare how big his is going to be with how big mine is. :D ....that doesn't sound right..:ugh:

in the rear the spring rate was 220 over 200 I think, but that is changing

Oh yeah, I'm a lot stiffer than that... I think I have 350/250/tender in the back and 400/400/tender in the front. ...Don't ask, I didn't order those numbers, but that is what they sent me - without even asking for my opinion! Never order anything from PolyPerformance. I won't again... I did want the rear a little stiff, because I do pull a camp trailer with it...

EDIT: Your about 95* less on the spring rate than I am; which is nearly half of mine! No wonder it rides like a brick!! ;)

Wow....I never rode in Chads after the COs were installed but it seems from the pictures to be decent. We are running a swaybar in the back that we still stiffen up a bit-but it does sound like your quite a bit heavier spring rate than Schoons ride.
