Just got a letter in the mail from Jeramey as I'm sure many other RR4W members did. This could be a good thing for Utah's public lands:

Good luck Jeramey!
"From 2005 thru 2007, Jeramey was the President of the Red Rock 4-Wheelers, Inc. in Moab. This organization has over 500 members all throughout the United States and 9 foreign countries, and hosts the Moab Easter Jeep Safari, the largest 4-wheel drive event in the country. Jeep Safari lasts 9 days and has an annual participation of about 4500 people.
During Jeramey's 1st year as President, he guided the Red Rock 4-Wheelers through the 20-year Resource Management Plan (RMP). The RMP is a comprehensive analysis conducted by the BLM of all groups using Public Lands. This was an exhaustive process involving a huge amount of GPSing trails, and years worth of club records.
The following year, Jeramey pushed through a 5-year permit allowing Jeep Safari to continue until 2012. Jeramey's final year, he was able to fight off a challenge of the RMP by the Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance, who wants to close nearly all access to public lands.
Jeramey has been fighting for many years to keep access to public lands, and has the record and experience to win this fight."
