Wanted Jk Dana 30

I need a JK Dana 30 front axle with 3.21 gears. Or a jk Dana 44 front axle.

I can decide between the Teraflex housing including the gears and OEM locker or just swapping my guts into the Teraflex housing. I need to regear to 4.88, and this would be to most sensible time to do it.

this would be a great time to move up to an ARB. you can get the geared and locked T44 housing, and then just swap over your steering and outers

Do I need different axleshafts to run the ARB?

Only if you go to 35 spline shafts. That is what I did on my front axle.
