As far A the Install for my cooler went, I've already mentioned some stuff but I'll go into better detail.
ITEMS NEEDED
-15" or smaller dual pass heat shrink cooler (or whatever cooler you want to run)
-3/8 hose splice
-2 quarts power steering fluid
-Some miscellaneous tools
-Some 1/8 steel strap (optional)

I mounted mine behind the grill on the lower frame mount and it was really slick there. You get to see this big blingen cooler behind the grill and gets a lot of air flow. I would suggest doing A smaller cooler then I did. Mine fit fine but had to do some fin moding and plastic cutting to fit it. I'd also do the dual pass instead of the single pass. You loose A smidge of capacity with the duel but you wont have to run your hose back up and around your radiator. I also believe they may cool better but mine cooled quit well.

To mount it to the frame I just took A couple pieces of strap and welded them to the frame to be able to use all 4 bolt holes. The frame is just to narrow to fit all 4. Or I believe you can get A square you bolt in the right size and go around your frame. I had to use self tappers to be able to bolt mine down because I didn't have enough room to fit the nuts that came in the kit. You can also weld the strap to the frame then use the square U-bolt around the frame to bolt it down. Which would probably be the best way to avoid your cooler being able to slide without it. You have to remove the grill for this obviously, but is very easy to do. There's several of those plastic fasteners you pop up with A screw driver and remove, disconnect your marker lights from the grill before you pull it off, then just pop it off. I also have A 10k lbs winch in front of my grill and it didn't get in the way at all.

Once you've mounted your cooler you can run your lines and splice them into the old lines. You want to make sure that your cooler is mounted with your fittings pipe taped, screwed it, and lines on cinched down before anything else because once you pull the line off your reservoir and cut them, your going to have fluid pouring out. If your not ready for that stage, your going to make A big mess. Also run your lines to where you want them and get them cut before you pull the line off the res as well for the same mess reason. I ran the passenger side end of my line straight up to the res but had to snake my driver side line up around the radiator and over to the passenger side then next to the other line. This is why I say it would be better to run A dual pass cooler so you don't have to run A long line up and around back to where you need it. When I bought mine I was thinking I could just go up the driver side by the box and connect it. But its hard line almost all the way over to the reservoir.

So the power steering system is A continuous loop from your reservoir to the pump, from the pump to the box, from the box back to the reservoir. So when it gets back to the reservoir it's hot, then it goes back through the system. So you want your cooler to intercept and cool the fluid before it gets back to the res so that it goes back into the system cooled. So the line you are going to pull off of the reservoir is the line that goes from the box to the res. I pulled the line off of the res and connected the shorter line from the cooler to the res. I then cut the crimp fitting off of the old line and used the 3/8 hose splicer to connect the other line from the cooler to the old line. Your install is dunzo! Pretty fast and easy.

Now you can fill up your res and cooler and re bleed the system. Fill your res up before you start your rig up. This helps to have to people again. While one starts it up and works the wheel back and forth, the other can add fluid.

A couple of extra things to mention. It's A good idea to also put A filter on it as well. Cool fluid+Clean fluid = happy smooth running system. I've found some links of an in line filter people are using and liking but none of the links are working. If I can track it down I'll post it on here. The other good thing to do in this hole process is to do A full fluid change and get all the old burnt crap out replaced with nice new clean stuff.

Sorry I haven't gotten any pics yet. I'll try to get some and post them to see what all I'm talking about. If someone knows of A good way to flush and refill the system please let me know.
